Question 1.Do you have stock of the products?

Yes,we have some products in stock,but not all,please contact our sales.

Question 2:Can i get the sample?

Yes,we can send stocking sample for free,but freight collect.

Question  3:Can i get customize my logo or design on the sample?how much?

Yes,but custom sample needs sample cost 40USD,printing or embroidery sample is 50USD.Freight collect.

Question 4:How long is it to get custom sample?

Normal jacquard sample is 8-10days,printing or embroidery sample is 15days

Question 5:is the sample cost refondable?

Yes,sample cost is refondable when order placed.

Question 6:payment term?

 TT,paypal,western union for sample.

 30%deposit,70%blanced after inspection before shipment or against BL for bulk order

 100%payment by LC at sight for bulk order.

Question 7:How long for the bulk production?

Around 35-40days after sample approved,for urgent order,please send email to negotiate.

Question 8:can i put my logo on the product for the order?Does it need extra cost?

Yes,you can put your logo on the products.jacquard logo doesn't need extra cost,but printing or embroidery logo needs extra cost,please contact sales for details cost.

Question 9:Could you send me all your catalogue with price list?

Yes,we can send you our catalogue with price list,but not all models,since there are too many models here

Please kindly provide us material,weight,size,and photo if you have.

Qustion 12:How to place an order?

A.please tell us the product style,material,size,weight,packing,design.

B.Quotation:we will give you the best price according to your details.

C.Sample:we will make pre-preproduction sample according to the order details

D.Make order:After all details confirmed,including sample quality,package,price,payment terms and so on,we    will send PI to customer, we usually accept T/T,L/C, please send email to negotiate.

E.Production:We will start production according to confirmed sample after deposit.

F.Delivery:around 35-40days,  for urgent order, please send email to negotiate

G.Service:We take responibility of any problem caused by manufacture,offered 100% satisfied guarantee

We have warranty for our clients,we will ship out the new replacements if clients get the item with defect or broken products.
